This experience is paramount when we are helping one of our client General Contractors or Owner/Developers budget accordingly.
SAFETY

Our field personnel are provided new employee safety orientation training as well as training on fall protection, personal protection equipment, leading-edge, and the safe installation and removal of our materials.
In the event of an accident, our Corporate Safety and Health Manager works with our company nurse, insurance carriers and physicians to ensure employees get the best possible care, while tracking their progress through our modified duty return to work program.
SCHEDULE
A basic tenet of life is doing what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it. We work with General Contractors to build a schedule based on the project requirements that is achievable. Progress is tracked, milestones are met, and projects are completed on time.
QUALITY
Building a project safely and on time are not our only goals. Our Project Managers, and Executive Management perform periodic Quality Control inspections during construction to ensure quality meets our stringent expectations.
BUDGET
Our estimating staff can provide pricing on hard bid projects as well as budgets based on preliminary plans and narratives. Our experience allows us to provide advice on cost impacts due to varied types of structure designs. We work with General Contractors, Architects and Engineers through early schematics leading up to construction issue documents.
